Our service fees are among the lowest in the industry. Our fees are usually as simple as $1 per item/ticket using your merchant account!
Merchant Account Flexibility and Credit Card Processing
*You use your own merchant account so you can control your money and transactions. Your merchant account must include a compatible e-commerce payment gateway. BuyTix.net is compatible with over 30 different e-commerce payment gateways including Authorize.net, Cybersource, LinkPoint/YourPay, PayFlow Pro, Virtual Merchant, and many more. If you do not have a compatible e-commerce payment gateway and wish to obtain one, we can assist you by either working with your bank or another provider.
Payment Schedule
If you are using your merchant account for credit card processing, ticket revenue goes directly into your account within 48-72 hours after each ticket purchase. We will invoice you for our fees 24 hours after your event occurs. Ticket Printing & Mailing
With BuyTix, your customers can; 1) print their ticket at the time of purchase or at any time before the event date; 2) send their ticket to an email address they choose and print the attachment at any time; or 3) choose WILL CALL and have their tickets held at the door or box office. You can print a WILL CALL report. There is NO FEE when customers print their tickets OR choose to have tickets held at WILL CALL.
Flexible Patron Fees
All of our fees can be passed along to the patron. This enables your organization to use our service at no cost. You may also include some, or all, of our fees into the ticket price. It's up to you.

Host / Manage Your Own System
If you want to host your own ticketing system we will rent you a copy of BuyTix and you can install the complete system on your own host or we can host the system for you. Owning is easy and simple to do. There is a one-time licensing fee and then an monthly support fee. Other than those two fees, you pay us nothing on any transactions!
